Who We Are
Ochi Corporation was founded in 1965 and began as a small, family-run operation serving traditional and comfort Japanese food while also running a local bar for patrons to enjoy. As time progressed and the operation grew, Ochi Corp. looked for opportunities to expand and reach further markets. In 2010, Mr. Yuichi Ochi, the founder’s grandson, set forth to study other cuisine and food options, ultimately studying under ramen mentors where he learned his craft while managing 8 multiple locations. For nearly a decade, he has been honing his skills and perfecting his recipe. In 2016, Mr. Yuichi Ochi assumed leadership of Ochi Corp. and in 2019 opened his own ramen restaurant. He strongly believes that food brings happiness to people and hopes his passion for flavor, ingredients, and taste are conveyed into the dishes he presents to his patrons.

That is the doctrine of Ochi Corporation. I truly appreciate the opportunity to manage my own company with the support of my employees and loyal customers. We believe that food has the power to relieve people’s burdens to make them smile. My goal is to create a restaurant that circulates smiles within our community. My ideal restaurant is one that is energetic and one that serves quality food in which our loyal customers look forward to returning to. “Hearty” is defined as “exhibiting vigorous good health” as well as “rich and flavorful enough to satisfy the appetite” which is the perfect word in describing the food and environment of the restaurant I wish to share with you. I look forward to creating a diverse restaurant where each employee can work to their own strengths and where all staff can easily share smiles with our patrons and with each other.
