Original Nikutama Ramen

Our signature “Sanjyu Broth” made from chicken, pork, and beef bones served with thick noodles, sauteed pork belly, onions, red onions, chives, and naruto (fishcake) on top.

Sanjyu-Gyokai Tsukemen

Dipping soup made from our signature “Sanjyu Broth” and fish flakes with sauteed pork belly, onions, red onions, chives, and naruto (fishcake) on top. Served with thick noodles on the side.

Kajiro Style Tonkotsu Ramen

“Nitoryu Broth” made from pork and chicken bones served with thin noodles, chashu pork, bean sprouts, cabbage, pork fatback, and fresh garlic on top.

Kajiro Style Mazesoba

Thick noodle mixed with our homemade soy base sauce. Served with chashu pork, bean sprouts, cabbages, pork fatback, fresh garlic, and fried squid.

The Story of Our Gyoza

The Story of our Gyoza

In 1965, the creator of Ochi Corporation, the grandfather of Mr. Yuichi Ochi, came up with the original recipe for the first iteration of our award-winning gyoza.

The recipe was then passed down to Mr. Ochi, who has worked tirelessly to achieve his ideal version. Our House Special Gyoza has gone on to win numerous competitions and has been bestowed multiple awards.
